Palnik stołowy typ H1S / Bench burner H1S

Palnik stołowy, gaz, powietrze, tlen z ekonomizerem.

The glass-blowers' burner is designed for all kinds of work with glass in glass-blowing operations. It is designed for natural gas

or propane-butane.

The burner consist of a stand, and the burner head and body, witch includes valves and gas inlets. In the upper part of

the body are valves for conroling the flame in the central jet. On the right-hand side is a gas stop-cock and valve for air

feed. On the left-hand side is a valve for regulating the oxygen feed into the capillaries. The feed lines for gas , oxygen

and air are in the bottom part of the body. The head of the burner is fitted with a cover to protect the worker from burns.

A change in the direction of the burner can be adjusted using  an arresting screw located on the base and a change in the

incination of the arresting nut. On the base are two openings for fitting the burner to the working bench.

The weight of the burner is 4,2 kg.

The glass-blowers burner can be used with the following types of heating gas:

propane-butane   oxygen+ air

natural gas         oxygen+ air

Palnik H1 przeznaczony jest do wszelkiego rodzaju prac ze szkłem w procesie dmuchania szkła. Przeznaczony jest do gazu ziemnego

lub propan-butan.

Palnik składa się ze stojaka oraz głowicy i korpusu palnika, który zawiera zawory i wloty gazu. W górnej części

w korpusie znajdują się zawory do regulacji płomienia w dyszy centralnej. Po prawej stronie znajduje się zawór odcinający gaz i zawór powietrza.

Po lewej stronie znajduje się zawór do regulacji dopływu tlenu do dysz. Rury zasilające gaz, tlen i powietrze są w dolnej części korpusu.

Głowica palnika wyposażona jest w osłonę chroniącą pracownika przed poparzeniem.

Zmianę kierunku palnika można regulować za pomocą śruby blokującej znajdującej się w podstawie.

W podstawie znajdują się dwa otwory do mocowania palnika do stołu roboczego.

Waga palnika to 4,2 kg.

Palnik H1 może być używany z następującymi rodzajami gazu:

propan-butan    tlen+ powietrze

gaz ziemny      tlen + powietrze
